사업주는 대리인을 선임하여 사업주가 법과 이 영에 따라 행할 사항을 대리인에게 하게 할 수 있다.

An employer may appoint a representative and have the representative perform matters to be performed by the employer in accordance with this Act and this Decree.

②

사업주는 대리인을 선임하거나 해임하였을 때에는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 고용노동부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>

When an employer appoints or dismisses a representative, the employer shall report it to the Minister of Employment and Labor in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10442, Jul. 12, 2010>
