2. 「산업재해보상보험법」에 따라 지원금 등 금전적 지원을 받는 경우
3. 「장애인고용촉진 및 직업재활법」에 따라 지원금 등 금전적 지원을 받는 경우
4. 그 밖에 국가 또는 지방자치단체로부터 금전적 지원을 받는 경우
