고용노동부장관은 법 제29조제1항에 따라 제45조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 학교나 시설에 입학하거나 재학하는 우선지원대상기업의 피보험자(자영업자인 피보험자는 제외한다) 중 성적이 우수한 사람에게 예산의 범위에서 학자금의 전부나 일부를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2012.1.13, 2021.6.8, 2021.12.31>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the scope of the budget, support all or part of the tuition fees for insured persons of priority support businesses who are enrolled in or attending schools or facilities falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 45(1) in accordance with Article 29(1) of this Act, provided that they have excellent academic performance (excluding insured persons who are self-employed). <Amended by Act No. 10423, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 11190, Jan. 13, 2012; Act No. 18377, Jun. 8, 2021; Act No. 18647, Dec. 31, 2021>
제1항에 따른 지원 대상자의 선발, 지원 금액과 지원 방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
