제58조의3(압류금지 실업급여 액수) 법 제38조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 액수"란 법 제37조의2제1항에 따라 실업급여수급계좌에 입금된 금액 전액을 말한다. <개정 2017.12.26>

Translation

① The "amount prescribed by Presidential Decree" as referred to in Article 38 (2) of the Act shall mean the entire amount deposited into the unemployment benefit receipt account pursuant to Article 37-2 (1) of the Act. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 28578, Dec. 26, 2017>
