①

직업안정기관의 장은 실업급여를 지급한 경우에는 그 급여를 받은 수급자격자별로 급여원부(給與原簿)를 작성하여야 한다.

The head of the employment security office shall prepare a benefit register (給與原簿) for each recipient of unemployment benefits when unemployment benefits are paid.

②

직업안정기관의 장은 보험과 관계있는 자가 청구하는 경우에는 급여원부를 열람시키고, 필요하다고 인정하면 증명서를 내주어야 한다.

The head of the employment security office shall allow persons related to insurance to inspect the benefit register upon request, and shall issue a certificate if deemed necessary.
