법 제11조의2제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관"이란 다음 각 호의 기관 중에서 고용노동부장관이 지정하는 기관(이하 이 조에서 "평가기관"이라 한다)을 말한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2010.12.31>
1. 「정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」에 따른 정부출연연구기관
2. 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조부터 제6조까지의 규정에 따라 지정ㆍ고시된 공공기관
3. 「고등교육법」 제2조제1호부터 제6호까지의 규정에 해당하는 학교(부설 연구기관을 포함한다)
4. 민간연구기관
The term "agency prescribed by Presidential Decree" as used in Article 11-2 (2) of the Act shall refer to an agency designated by the Minister of Employment and Labor from among the following agencies (hereinafter referred to as "evaluation agency" in this Article): <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 20612, Jul. 12, 2010; Presidential Decree No. 21569, Dec. 31, 2010>. 1. Government-funded research institutions pursuant to the 「Act on the Establishment, Operation and Fostering of Government-Funded Research Institutions, etc.」 2. Public institutions designated and publicly announced pursuant to Articles 4 through 6 of the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」 3. Schools falling under subparagraphs 1 through 6 of Article 2 of the 「Higher Education Act」 (including affiliated research institutions) 4. Private research institutions
고용노동부장관은 평가기관에 대하여 예산의 범위에서 업무 수행에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the scope of budget, provide financial support for the expenses necessary for the performance of duties by the evaluation agency. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 20612, Jul. 12, 2010>
평가기관은 제6조제1항, 제57조제1항 및 제145조제2항부터 제9항까지의 규정에 따른 대행기관 또는 수탁기관에 평가를 위하여 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.31, 2025.12.23>
