Article 68 (Maximum Daily Wage for Severance Pay Calculation)
제68조 급여기초 임금일액의 상한액

법 제45조제5항에 따라 구직급여의 산정 기초가 되는 임금일액이 11만3500원을 초과하는 경우에는 11만3500원을 해당 임금일액으로 한다. <개정 2014.12.31, 2017.3.27, 2017.12.26, 2018.12.31, 2019.9.17, 2025.12.23>

고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 금액이 적용된 후 물가상승률과 경기변동, 임금상승률 등을 고려하여 조정이 필요하다고 판단되면 해당 금액의 변경을 고려하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
If the Minister of Employment and Labor deems it necessary to adjust the amount under paragraph (1) after considering the rate of increase in prices, economic fluctuations, the rate of wage increase, etc., after the amount under paragraph (1) has been applied, he/she shall consider changing the said amount. <Amended by Act No. 10407, Jul. 12, 2010>
