제77조(준용) 미지급급여청구자에 대한 구직급여의 지급절차에 관하여는 제75조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "신청지 관할 직업안정기관"은 "사망한 수급자격자의 신청지 관할 직업안정기관"으로 보고, "수급자격자"는 "미지급급여청구자"로 본다. <개정 2011.9.15, 2021.6.8>

① With respect to the procedure for paying unemployment benefits to a claimant of unpaid benefits, Article 75 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "employment security office having jurisdiction over the place of application" shall be deemed to be "employment security office having jurisdiction over the place of application of the deceased beneficiary," and "beneficiary" shall be deemed to be "claimant of unpaid benefits." <Amended on Sep. 15, 2011; Jun. 8, 2021>
