제83조(준용) 상병급여에 관하여는 제69조, 제75조부터 제80조까지, 제80조의2 및 제81조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제69조 중 "실업인정신청서"는 "상병급여 청구서"로, 제75조부터 제80조까지, 제80조의2 및 제81조 중 "구직급여"는 "상병급여"로 본다. <개정 2020.12.8>

Article 83 (Application Mutatis Mutandis) With respect to sickness and injury benefits, Article 69, Articles 75 through 80, Article 80-2, and Article 81 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "application for recognition of unemployment" in Article 69 shall be deemed "claim for sickness and injury benefits," and "unemployment benefits" in Articles 75 through 80, Article 80-2, and Article 81 shall be deemed "sickness and injury benefits." <Amended by Act No. 17730, Dec. 8, 2020>
