제9조(피보험자의 전근 신고) 사업주는 피보험자를 자신의 하나의 사업에서 다른 사업으로 전보시켰을 때에는 전보일부터 14일 이내에 고용노동부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
Translation
① Where an employer transfers an insured person from one of their businesses to another business, the employer shall report this to the Minister of Employment and Labor within 14 days from the date of transfer. <Amended by Act No. 10416, Jul. 12, 2010>
