제91조(취업촉진 수당의 지급 제한이 완화되는 부정행위) 법 제68조제2항 본문에서 "제47조제1항에 따른 신고의무의 불이행 또는 거짓의 신고 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유"란 제80조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2021.6.8>

① The phrase "grounds prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as failure to perform the duty to report under Article 47 (1) or making a false report" in the main sentence of Article 68 (2) of the Act refers to cases falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 80. <Amended on June 8, 2021>
