제92조(준용) 법 제64조부터 법 제67조까지의 규정에 따른 취업촉진 수당에 관하여는 제76조제1항ㆍ제3항 및 제81조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "구직급여"는 "취업촉진 수당"으로, "수급자격자"는 "취업촉진 수당을 지급받을 수 있는 사람"으로, "구직급여액"은 "취업촉진 수당액"으로 본다. <개정 2021.6.8>

① With regard to employment promotion allowance pursuant to Articles 64 through 67 of the Act, Article 76(1) and (3) and Article 81 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "job seeking benefit" shall be deemed "employment promotion allowance," "eligible recipient" shall be deemed "person eligible to receive employment promotion allowance," and "amount of job seeking benefit" shall be deemed "amount of employment promotion allowance." <Amended by Act No. 18287, Jun. 8, 2021>
