제93조(사무의 위탁) 직업안정기관의 장은 수급자격자의 신청에 따라 필요하다고 인정하면 그 자에게 행하는 실업급여에 관한 사무를 다른 직업안정기관의 장에게 위탁할 수 있다.

The head of a public employment security office may, upon application by an eligible recipient and when deemed necessary, delegate affairs concerning unemployment benefits to be provided to the eligible recipient to the head of another public employment security office.
