제93조의2(준용) 자영업자인 피보험자의 실업급여에 관하여는 제58조, 제58조의2, 제58조의3, 제59조, 제61조(제3항은 제외한다), 제62조, 제62조의2, 제63조부터 제67조까지, 제69조부터 제71조까지, 제71조의2, 제75조부터 제77조까지, 제79조부터 제83조까지, 제88조부터 제92조까지의 규정을 각각 준용한다. <개정 2021.6.8, 2023.6.27>

① With regard to unemployment benefits for insured persons who are self-employed, the provisions of Article 58, Article 58-2, Article 58-3, Article 59, Article 61 (excluding paragraph 3), Article 62, Article 62-2, Articles 63 through 67, Articles 69 through 71, Article 71-2, Articles 75 through 77, Articles 79 through 83, and Articles 88 through 92 shall apply mutatis mutandis, respectively. <Amended by Act No. ..., June 8, 2021; Act No. ..., June 27, 2023>
