제97조(준용) 법 제70조제1항에 따라 지급된 육아휴직 급여의 지급 제한 또는 반환명령 등에 관하여는 제81조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "구직급여"는 "육아휴직 급여"로 본다.

① With respect to the restriction on the payment or the order for return of parental leave benefits paid pursuant to Article 70 (1) of the Act, Article 81 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "unemployment benefits" shall be deemed "parental leave benefits".
