①
재심사의 청구에 대한 재결은 「행정소송법」 제18조를 적용할 경우 행정심판에 대한 재결로 본다.
A decision on a request for review shall be deemed a decision on administrative appeal when Article 18 of the 「Administrative Litigation Act」 is applied.
②
심사 및 재심사의 청구에 관하여 이 법에서 정하고 있지 아니한 사항은 「행정심판법」의 규정에 따른다.
Matters not provided for in this Act concerning requests for review and requests for re-review shall be governed by the provisions of the 「Administrative Appeals Act」.
