제11조의2 보험사업의 평가

고용노동부장관은 보험사업에 대하여 상시적이고 체계적인 평가를 하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall conduct regular and systematic evaluations of the insurance business. <Amended by Act No. 10364, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 평가의 전문성을 확보하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 기관에 제1항에 따른 평가를 의뢰할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may request an agency designated by Presidential Decree to conduct the evaluation under paragraph (1) to ensure the professionalism of the evaluation under paragraph (1). <Amended by Act No. 10364, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 평가 결과를 반영하여 보험사업을 조정하거나 제81조에 따른 기금운용 계획을 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall adjust the insurance business or establish the fund management plan under Article 81 by reflecting the evaluation results under paragraphs (1) and (2). <Amended by Act No. 10364, Jun. 4, 2010>
