제115조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁) 이 법에 따른 고용노동부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 직업안정기관의 장에게 위임하거나 대통령령으로 정하는 자에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>

① The authority of the Minister of Employment and Labor under this Act may, in accordance with the provisions of a Presidential Decree, be delegated in part to the head of a public employment security agency or entrusted to a person prescribed by a Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10363, Jun. 4, 2010>
