제20조(고용창출의 지원) 고용노동부장관은 고용환경 개선, 근무형태 변경 등으로 고용의 기회를 확대한 사업주에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>

① The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide necessary support to employers who have expanded employment opportunities through improvements in the employment environment, changes in working conditions, etc., in accordance with the Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10365, Jun. 4, 2010>
