제22조(지역 고용의 촉진) 고용노동부장관은 고용기회가 뚜렷이 부족하거나 산업구조의 변화 등으로 고용사정이 급속하게 악화되고 있는 지역으로 사업을 이전하거나 그러한 지역에서 사업을 신설 또는 증설하여 그 지역의 실업 예방과 재취업 촉진에 기여한 사업주, 그 밖에 그 지역의 고용기회 확대에 필요한 조치를 한 사업주에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Translation
The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide necessary support, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, to business owners who contribute to the prevention of unemployment and the promotion of re-employment in areas where employment opportunities are significantly lacking or where employment conditions are rapidly deteriorating due to changes in industrial structure, by relocating their businesses to such areas or by establishing or expanding businesses in such areas, and to business owners who have taken other necessary measures to expand local employment opportunities. <Amended by Act No. 10392, June 4, 2010>
