제23조(고령자등 고용촉진의 지원) 고용노동부장관은 고령자 등 노동시장의 통상적인 조건에서는 취업이 특히 곤란한 사람(이하 "고령자등"이라 한다)의 고용을 촉진하기 위하여 고령자등을 새로 고용하거나 이들의 고용안정에 필요한 조치를 하는 사업주 또는 사업주가 실시하는 고용안정 조치에 해당된 근로자에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2020.5.26>
Translation
The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide necessary support, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, to employers who newly hire older persons, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "older persons, etc."), who are particularly difficult to employ under normal labor market conditions, or who take necessary measures for their employment stability, or to workers who are covered by employment stability measures implemented by employers, in order to promote the employment of older persons, etc. <Amended by Act No. 10338, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 17272, May 26, 2020>
