제25조 고용안정 및 취업 촉진

고용노동부장관은 피보험자등의 고용안정 및 취업을 촉진하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업을 직접 실시하거나 이를 실시하는 자에게 필요한 비용을 지원 또는 대부할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
1. 고용관리 진단 등 고용개선 지원 사업
2. 피보험자등의 창업을 촉진하기 위한 지원 사업
3. 그 밖에 피보험자등의 고용안정 및 취업을 촉진하기 위한 사업으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사업
The Minister of Employment and Labor may directly implement the following projects to promote employment stability and employment of insured persons, etc., or provide financial support or loans to those who implement such projects. <Amended by Act No. 10375, Jun. 4, 2010> 1. Projects to support employment improvement, such as diagnosis of employment management. 2. Projects to support the promotion of startups by insured persons, etc. 3. Other projects to promote employment stability and employment of insured persons, etc., as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
제1항에 따른 사업의 실시와 비용의 지원ㆍ대부에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the implementation of projects under paragraph ① and for the provision of financial support or loans shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
