제26조(고용촉진 시설에 대한 지원) 고용노동부장관은 피보험자등의 고용안정ㆍ고용촉진 및 사업주의 인력 확보를 지원하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 상담 시설, 어린이집, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 고용촉진 시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 자에게 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2011.6.7>

① The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide necessary support to those who install and operate counseling facilities, child care centers, and other employment promotion facilities as prescribed by Presidential Decree, in order to support employment stability, employment promotion of insured persons, etc., and securing of human resources by employers. <Amended by Act No. 10360, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 10737, Jun. 7, 2011>
