제26조의2(지원의 제한) 고용노동부장관은 제20조부터 제26조까지의 규정에 따른 지원을 할 때 사업주가 다른 법령에 따른 지원금 또는 장려금 등의 금전을 지급받은 경우 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 그 금액을 빼고 지원할 수 있다.
Translation
When the Minister of Employment and Labor provides support under Articles 20 through 26, if the employer has received monetary payments such as subsidies or incentives under other laws and regulations, or in other cases prescribed by Presidential Decree, the Minister may provide support by deducting such amounts.
