제28조(비용 지원의 기준 등) 고용노동부장관이 제27조에 따라 사업주에게 비용을 지원하는 경우 지원 금액은 고용산재보험료징수법 제16조의3에 따른 월별보험료를 모두 더한 해당 연도 고용보험료 또는 같은 법 제17조에 따른 해당 연도 고용보험 개산보험료 중 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업의 보험료에 대통령령으로 정하는 비율을 곱한 금액으로 하되, 그 한도는 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2010.6.4, 2021.1.5>

When the Minister of Employment and Labor provides financial support to an employer pursuant to Article 27, the amount of support shall be calculated by multiplying the employment insurance premium for the relevant year, which is the sum of the monthly insurance premiums under Article 16-3 of the Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, or the revised premium for the relevant year's employment insurance under Article 17 of the same Act, by the rate prescribed by Presidential Decree for employment stabilization and vocational skills development projects; provided, that the upper limit shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10061, Jan. 27, 2010; Act No. 10337, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 17939, Jan. 5, 2021>
