제30조(직업능력개발 훈련 시설에 대한 지원 등) 고용노동부장관은 피보험자등의 직업능력 개발ㆍ향상을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 직업능력개발 훈련 시설의 설치 및 장비 구입에 필요한 비용의 대부, 그 밖에 고용노동부장관이 정하는 직업능력개발 훈련 시설의 설치 및 장비 구입ㆍ운영에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Translation
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, when deemed necessary for the vocational skill development and improvement of insured persons, etc., provide loans for costs necessary for the establishment of vocational skill development training facilities and the purchase of equipment, and other costs necessary for the establishment, purchase of equipment, and operation of vocational skill development training facilities as prescribed by Presidential Decree and determined by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10357, Jun. 4, 2010>
