제34조(지방자치단체 등에 대한 지원) 고용노동부장관은 지방자치단체 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 비영리법인ㆍ단체가 그 지역에서 피보험자등의 고용안정ㆍ고용촉진 및 직업능력개발을 위한 사업을 실시하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>

① The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide necessary support, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, to local governments or non-profit corporations and organizations prescribed by Presidential Decree, when they implement projects for the employment stability, employment promotion, and vocational capacity development of the insured, etc. in their regions. <Amended by Act No. 10383, Jun. 4, 2010>
