제36조(업무의 대행) 고용노동부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 제19조 및 제27조부터 제31조까지의 규정에 따른 업무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 자에게 대행하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>

① The Minister of Employment and Labor may, when deemed necessary, have a person designated by Presidential Decree perform part of the duties pursuant to Articles 19 and 27 through 31. <Amended by Act No. 10338, Jun. 4, 2010>
