실업급여를 받을 권리는 양도 또는 압류하거나 담보로 제공할 수 없다. <개정 2015.1.20>
The right to receive unemployment benefits shall not be assigned, seized, or provided as security. <Amended by Act No. 13052, Jan. 20, 2015>

제37조의2제1항에 따라 지정된 실업급여수급계좌의 예금 중 대통령령으로 정하는 액수 이하의 금액에 관한 채권은 압류할 수 없다. <신설 2015.1.20>
Claims concerning the amount of savings in an unemployment benefit account designated under Article 37-2 (1) which is equal to or less than the amount prescribed by Presidential Decree shall not be subject to seizure. <Newly Inserted by Act No. 13052, Jan. 20, 2015>
