보험은 제1조의 목적을 이루기 위하여 고용보험사업(이하 "보험사업"이라 한다)으로 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업, 실업급여, 육아휴직 급여 및 출산전후휴가 급여 등을 실시한다. <개정 2012.2.1>
For the purpose of achieving the objective set forth in Article 1, the employment insurance shall implement employment stabilization and vocational skills development projects, unemployment benefits, parental leave benefits, and maternity leave benefits, etc., as employment insurance projects (hereinafter referred to as "insurance projects"). <Amended by Act No. 11276, Feb. 17, 2012>
보험사업의 보험연도는 정부의 회계연도에 따른다.
The insurance year of the insurance projects shall follow the fiscal year of the Government.
