직업안정기관의 장은 취업이 특히 곤란하고 생활이 어려운 수급자격자로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사람에게는 그가 실업의 인정을 받은 날에 대하여 소정급여일수를 초과하여 구직급여를 연장하여 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26>
The head of the employment security agency may extend the payment of job-seeking benefit beyond the prescribed number of benefit days for beneficiaries who are particularly difficult to find employment and have difficulty in living, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
제1항에 따라 연장하여 지급하는 구직급여(이하 "개별연장급여"라 한다)는 60일의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 동안 지급한다.
The job-seeking benefit paid by extension under Paragraph ① (hereinafter referred to as "individual extension benefit") shall be paid for a period determined by Presidential Decree within the range of 60 days.
