제55조의2 국민연금 보험료의 지원

고용노동부장관은 「국민연금법」 제19조의2제1항에 따라 구직급여를 받는 기간을 국민연금 가입기간으로 추가 산입하려는 수급자격자에게 국민연금 보험료의 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide support for a portion of national pension insurance premiums to an eligible person who intends to include the period of receiving job seeker's allowance as a period of participation in the national pension, pursuant to Article 19-2 (1) of the National Pension Act.
제1항에 따른 지원금액은 「국민연금법」 제19조의2제3항에 따른 연금보험료의 100분의 25의 범위로 한다.
The amount of support under Paragraph ① shall be within the range of 25 percent of the pension insurance premium pursuant to Article 19-2 (3) of the National Pension Act.
제1항에 따른 지원 절차ㆍ방법, 제2항에 따른 지원금액 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the procedures and methods of support under Paragraph ①, the amount of support under Paragraph ②, etc., shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
