①
구직급여는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 실업의 인정을 받은 일수분(日數分)을 지급한다.
Job seeker's benefit shall be paid for the number of days for which unemployment has been recognized, in accordance with the Presidential Decree.
②
직업안정기관의 장은 각 수급자격자에 대한 구직급여를 지급할 날짜를 정하여 당사자에게 알려야 한다.
The head of the employment security agency shall determine the date for payment of job seeker's benefit to each recipient and notify the person concerned.
