광역 구직활동비는 수급자격자가 직업안정기관의 소개에 따라 광범위한 지역에 걸쳐 구직 활동을 하는 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 직업안정기관의 장이 필요하다고 인정하면 지급할 수 있다.
A wide-area job seeking allowance may be paid when a person who is qualified to receive benefits is engaged in job seeking activities over a wide area upon referral by a public employment security office, and the head of the public employment security office deems it necessary according to the standards prescribed by Presidential Decree.
광역 구직활동비의 금액은 제1항의 구직 활동에 통상 드는 비용으로 하되, 그 금액의 산정은 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The amount of the wide-area job seeking allowance shall be the costs ordinarily incurred for the job seeking activities under paragraph ①, and the calculation of the amount shall be as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10322, Jun. 4, 2010>
