제69조의2(자영업자인 피보험자의 실업급여의 종류) 자영업자인 피보험자의 실업급여의 종류는 제37조에 따른다. 다만, 제51조부터 제55조까지의 규정에 따른 연장급여와 제64조에 따른 조기재취업 수당은 제외한다.
Translation
① The types of unemployment benefits for insured self-employed individuals shall be as provided in Article 37. However, extended benefits under Articles 51 through 55 and early re-employment allowance under Article 64 shall be excluded.
