제69조의5(구직급여일액) 자영업자인 피보험자로서 폐업한 수급자격자에 대한 구직급여일액은 그 수급자격자의 기초일액에 100분의 60을 곱한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2019.8.27>
Translation
① The daily basic wage for a beneficiary who is a self-employed insured person and whose business has been closed shall be the amount obtained by multiplying the beneficiary's basic daily wage by 100분의 60 (60 percent). <Amended by Act No. 16974, Aug. 27, 2019>
