제69조의6(소정급여일수) 자영업자인 피보험자로서 폐업한 수급자격자에 대한 소정급여일수는 제49조에 따른 대기기간이 끝난 다음 날부터 계산하기 시작하여 피보험기간에 따라 별표 2에서 정한 일수가 되는 날까지로 한다.

The stipulated benefit period for an insured person who is a self-employed worker and is an eligible recipient who has closed their business shall be calculated from the day after the waiting period under Article 49 ends, until the day that reaches the number of days prescribed in Appendix 2 according to the insured period.
