제69조의8(자영업자인 피보험자에 대한 실업급여의 지급 제한) 고용노동부장관은 보험료를 체납한 사람에게는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이 장에 따른 실업급여를 지급하지 아니할 수 있다.
Translation
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, refuse to pay unemployment benefits under this Chapter to a person who has arrears in insurance premiums.
