제71조(육아휴직의 확인) 사업주는 피보험자가 제70조에 따른 육아휴직 급여를 받으려는 경우 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사실의 확인 등 모든 절차에 적극 협력하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Translation
① The employer shall actively cooperate in all procedures, such as confirmation of facts, in accordance with the Enforcement Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor when an insured person intends to receive childcare leave benefits under Article 70. <Amended by Act No. 10339, June 4, 2010>
