고용노동부장관은 매년 기금운용 계획을 세워 제7조에 따른 고용보험위원회 및 국무회의의 심의를 거쳐 대통령의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.12.31, 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall establish an annual fund operation plan and obtain the approval of the President after deliberation by the Employment Insurance Committee under Article 7 and the State Council. <Amended by Act No. 9321, Dec. 31, 2008, Act No. 10336, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 매년 기금의 운용 결과에 대하여 제7조에 따른 고용보험위원회의 심의를 거쳐 공표하여야 한다. <개정 2008.12.31, 2010.6.4>
