고용노동부장관은 한국은행에 고용보험기금계정을 설치하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall establish an Employment Insurance Fund Account in the Bank of Korea. <Amended by Act No. 10364, Jun. 4, 2010>
제1항의 고용보험기금계정은 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업 및 실업급여, 자영업자의 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업 및 자영업자의 실업급여로 구분하여 관리한다. <개정 2011.7.21>
The Employment Insurance Fund Account under paragraph (1) shall be managed by being divided into employment stabilization and vocational ability development projects and unemployment benefits, and employment stabilization and vocational ability development projects for self-employed persons and unemployment benefits for self-employed persons. <Amended by Act No. 10898, Jul. 21, 2011>
