제84조 기금의 적립

고용노동부장관은 대량 실업의 발생이나 그 밖의 고용상태 불안에 대비한 준비금으로 여유자금을 적립하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall reserve surplus funds as a reserve to prepare for the occurrence of mass unemployment or other instability in employment status. <Amended by Act No. 10339, Jun. 4, 2010>
제1항에 따른 여유자금의 적정규모는 다음 각 호와 같다.
1. 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업 계정의 연말 적립금: 해당 연도 지출액의 1배 이상 1.5배 미만
2. 실업급여 계정의 연말 적립금: 해당 연도 지출액의 1.5배 이상 2배 미만
The appropriate scale of surplus funds under paragraph ① shall be as follows: 1. Year-end reserves for the Employment Stability and Vocational Skills Development Project Account: Not less than 1 time and less than 1.5 times the expenditure for the relevant year. 2. Year-end reserves for the Unemployment Benefit Account: Not less than 1.5 times and less than 2 times the expenditure for the relevant year.
