①
기금의 결산상 잉여금이 생기면 이를 적립금으로 적립하여야 한다.
If surplus funds arise from the settlement of accounts of the fund, they shall be set aside as reserve funds.
②
기금의 결산상 손실금이 생기면 적립금을 사용하여 이를 보전(補塡)할 수 있다.
If loss funds arise from the settlement of accounts of the fund, reserve funds may be used to cover them.
