제86조(차입금) 기금을 지출할 때 자금 부족이 발생하거나 발생할 것으로 예상되는 경우에는 기금의 부담으로 금융기관ㆍ다른 기금과 그 밖의 재원 등으로부터 차입을 할 수 있다.
