4. 제99조에 따른 심사위원회의 허가를 받은 자
A requester of examination or a requester of re-examination may appoint a person falling under any of the following subparagraphs as an agent, in addition to a legal representative. 1. The spouse, lineal ascendant or descendant, or sibling of the requester. 2. An executive officer or employee of a corporate requester. 3. A lawyer or a certified labor attorney. 4. A person who has obtained permission from the examination committee pursuant to Article 99.
