제87조제1항에 따른 심사를 청구하는 경우 제17조에 따른 피보험자격의 취득ㆍ상실 확인에 대한 심사의 청구는 「산업재해보상보험법」 제10조에 따른 근로복지공단(이하 "근로복지공단"이라 한다)을, 제4장에 따른 실업급여 및 제5장에 따른 육아휴직 급여와 출산전후휴가 급여등에 관한 처분에 대한 심사의 청구는 직업안정기관의 장을 거쳐 심사관에게 하여야 한다. <개정 2019.1.15>
When requesting an examination pursuant to Article 87 (1), a request for examination concerning the confirmation of acquisition or loss of insured status under Article 17 shall be made to the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service") under Article 10 of the 「Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act」, and a request for examination concerning dispositions regarding unemployment benefits under Chapter 4, and parental leave benefits and maternity leave benefits, etc. under Chapter 5, shall be made to an examiner through the head of the employment security office. <Amended by Act No. 16210, Jan. 15, 2019>
직업안정기관 또는 근로복지공단은 심사청구서를 받은 날부터 5일 이내에 의견서를 첨부하여 심사청구서를 심사관에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2019.1.15>
The employment security office or the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service shall send the request for examination, along with an opinion, to the examiner within 5 days from the date of receiving the request for examination. <Amended by Act No. 16210, Jan. 15, 2019>
