제94조 심사관의 권한

심사관은 심사의 청구에 대한 심리를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 심사청구인의 신청 또는 직권으로 다음 각 호의 조사를 할 수 있다.
1. 심사청구인 또는 관계인을 지정 장소에 출석하게 하여 질문하거나 의견을 진술하게 하는 것
2. 심사청구인 또는 관계인에게 증거가 될 수 있는 문서와 그 밖의 물건을 제출하게 하는 것
3. 전문적인 지식이나 경험을 가진 제삼자로 하여금 감정(鑑定)하게 하는 것
4. 사건에 관계가 있는 사업장 또는 그 밖의 장소에 출입하여 사업주ㆍ종업원이나 그 밖의 관계인에게 질문하거나 문서와 그 밖의 물건을 검사하는 것
An examiner may, when deemed necessary for the examination of a claim for examination, conduct the following investigations upon application by the claimant for examination or by his/her own initiative: 1. To cause the claimant for examination or any related person to appear at a designated place to ask questions or make statements of opinion. 2. To cause the claimant for examination or any related person to submit documents that can serve as evidence and other objects. 3. To have a third party with professional knowledge or experience conduct an appraisal. 4. To enter a business establishment or any other place related to the case to ask questions to the employer, employees, or other related persons, or to inspect documents and other objects.
심사관은 제1항제4호에 따른 질문과 검사를 하는 경우에는 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
When conducting the questioning and inspection pursuant to Article 1, Item 4, the examiner shall carry identification showing his/her authority and present it to the related person.
