제95조(실비변상) 제94조제1항제1호에 따라 지정한 장소에 출석한 사람과 같은 항 제3호에 따라 감정을 한 감정인에게는 고용노동부장관이 정하는 실비를 변상한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2020.5.26>
Translation
① Persons who appear at the place designated under Article 94(1)1, and appraisers who conduct appraisal under the same Article, Paragraph 1, Item 3, shall be reimbursed for actual expenses as determined by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10362, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 17241, May 26, 2020>
