제98조 결정의 효력

결정은 심사청구인 및 직업안정기관의 장 또는 근로복지공단에 결정서의 정본을 보낸 날부터 효력이 발생한다. <개정 2019.1.15>
A decision shall take effect from the date on which the original copy of the decision is sent to the claimant for examination and the head of the employment security office or the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service. <Amended by Act No. 16242, Jan. 15, 2019>
결정은 원처분등을 행한 직업안정기관의 장 또는 근로복지공단을 기속(羈束)한다. <개정 2019.1.15>
