제15조(직업 지도) 「직업안정법」 제2조의2제1호에 따른 직업안정기관은 여성이 적성, 능력, 경력 및 기능의 정도에 따라 직업을 선택하고, 직업에 적응하는 것을 쉽게 하기 위하여 고용정보와 직업에 관한 조사ㆍ연구 자료를 제공하는 등 직업 지도에 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2009.10.9>

① Vocational stabilization agencies prescribed in Article 2-2, Item 1 of the 「Employment Security Act」 shall take measures necessary for vocational guidance, such as providing employment information and research data on occupations, to help women easily choose occupations according to their aptitude, ability, career, and skill level, and adapt to occupations. <Amended by Act No. 9822, Oct. 9, 2009>
